To take on average 3 turns per day minimum
Maximum of 10% timeout rate on games over last 6 months
DO NOT EVER Expel a player for timing out. You continue the game and contact admin if needs me. Expelling someone or agreeing to abandon a game ruins the tournament structure and will see you removed from the group
