Cost should be 7 workers (5+1+1), which I have exactly in my bank. but game doen'st give me the option to build there

I checked the replay move #96 with Leptityo point of view.
I see he can buy a 3rd level on left yellow (4) for cost 6 (as it should), but he cannot on center red (5) because of the roof. I don't see what is wrong here. Can you send a screenshot ?

Problem is on move #94, sorry. leptityo wanted to play 3rd stage on yellow tower.
I think we understood the problem : "Leptityo" wanted to spend 7 workers (5+1+1), which he exactly had. However, it seems that it is not possible to go below 1 worker, as the scale suggests. It means that in fact, when your marker shows "7 workers", you can only spend 6 at the most. This is a deduction from the board, not reflected in the rules ?

Yes that's it, you can't go under 1 worker, that's why it wasn't possible to build :)
