This was confusing for us at our first game. It shouldn't be too difficult to fix.

User have to perform an action anyway, when you consolidate you have to pick a reward, game cannot do it for you. I can change "Take worker or Consolidate", to just "You must Consolidate" - but its just cosmetics, no?

I can confirm that this can be perceived as confusing to at least one gamer that I regularly play with. Here's two other gripes they have:

Two other points of confusion to add onto this: On a game with less than 4 players, it is confusing to a player who has never played the physical copy which train/boat spots are available and which are not. It would be convenient to be able to choose any of the 8 slots (while still enforcing the cap of 2 per player)

When completing contracts or laying pieces on he board, one might think that the confirm button is per choice, but instead it confirms the entire action. This often leads them to have a turn that is not completely what they intended to do.
