Every time I return to tables list the game is still flagged as active, my turn. I can make a move in another game, but the next table presented is this finished Splendor table.

I have tried refresh screen, delete cookies, log off BGA, reset and switch off my computer, switch on and do other things, then log on to BGA again but no change in the situation.
