Unknown email address when trying to recover the password for my account.

I have 2 paid accounts that me and my partner use. One of the accounts is working fine, but for the other we recently tried to login after a few months, and it complained about the password. No worries, we just click on the link to recover the password, and enter our email address. It comes back with "Unknown email address" in a large red banner. This is very unusual in that I have my confirmation emails for that user that shows we paid the annual fee last year (and won't expire for many more months). I tried going to the help and typing this up but it's been a few days and noone responds, and it's not like I can login and see what's wrong, cause I can't even get started!

Where do you even go for help with this? Not getting any replies, and everything feels like a black hole.
