Linked table: Ebis should only have scored 12 for the longest railway, not 16.

Not a bug. Just an unclear rule.

The "no-loops" rule just means that you cannot make infinite points by endlessly counting the spaces of a loop. external image
The important thing is that you can't count the same space twice.

Loops are complicated and was not clearly clarified in first rulebook, but in this case loops can be ignored and the score is still correct. Please look at the image (I have written small numbers in red)

Here is the current rulebook with better explanation of the loops:

I still think this is incorrect based on my discussion with the publisher and correct example can be seen in green edition rulebook:

I will further ask the publisher to clarify this incosistencies.

You can even count one space twice as was clarified in an example I get from the publisher and which can be seen in a green edition rulebook above.
