היסטוריית דיווחים
As I wanted only one step, I stopped at Pagan (canceling the second step).
There the city bonus was a contract, so I expected this to take the place of the fulfilled one.
Next I noticed the city bonus contract to be in my stock, but the game engine forced me to drop one of them.
It's probably because of the bug I ended up last ;-)
