At our game player Lava88 bought the upgrade bonus, which allows you to ship one more tile (+1 upgrade bonus), but when it came to actual shipping in the harbour masters office, she could ship only 3 tiles instead of 4.

happened during the last turn. We were at least 2 to sell goods.
the interface acted strange, that's all I remember.
I reloaded the page and everything was fine. I reloaded after the other players sold their cards though.

I had the same issue. At the 4th turn, i send 7 cards from the ship, but at the last, I couldn't send more than 3 cards from the harbour. The button turn grey when i selected the 4th card.

I had the upgrade to ship 4 items but was unable to do it. Another player (Bourjn) got the message to ship 4 items but didn't have the upgrade.
