On my turn, I drank a Filter of Lavamancing potion to remove 4 yellow ingredients from the middle column. There were only 6 ingredients left in that column. There we no ingredients above those 6. Next, I chose an ingredient causing an explosion, and I got 3 ingredients total. I did not complete a potion, or use any potions, yet 3 of the yellow ingredients that I had eliminated came down after the explosion.

There is nothing in the rules about delaying refilling the dispenser.

This happened to my opponent in our game: boardgamearena.com/8/potionexplosion?table=188225751 My opponent used Lavamancing to get rid of yellow marbles. They went back into the dispenser, but did not drop. Then when my opponent ended their turn, the yellow marbles dropped. They should have dropped immediately after using Lavamancing. As a result, the yellow marbles were available to me (he would have used Lavamancing a second time if they had dropped immediately, as they should have). My opponent resigned right after.

It seems obvious to me that the refilling of the dispenser with the marbles removed by the effect of the Filter of Lavamancing must be immediate.
Because if this refilling occurs after another withdrawal of marble(s) by any action, it will affect the distribution of marbles between tracks in certain configurations (no complete track, including its hidden part, can receive a marble).

This seems to be fixed with the update from this past week. Now when you finish using Lavamancing, there is a pause because the marbles are filling in the dispenser. Afterwards, you are allowed to continue with your turn. Thank you for the fix!
