-f5 did not solve the problem but did add a notification sound to playing the bribe card
-problem occurred every and each time I tried to use the card

Can you try to find in the replay the turn when you used it?

I made a change 2 weeks ago to prevent players from bribing a parcel that would create a hole in their field. Could you be in this case?

There is no trace of the card being played in the game log, which means, either the server never received the command (could be the case if the server was disconnected), or that the server decided that the bribe could not be played on selected parcel.

In both cases it would appear as you say, since as soon as you get new info from the server, local state is corrected.

The question is, what parcel were you trying to bribe and at what point in the game ?

I finally found why with another bug report boardgamearena.com/bug?id=23152

It was a problem due to my converter from F# to Php that incorrectly identified mutable variables. This has been fixed in the last version.

The tiles do not turn blue when I select the bribe card. I have tried several times in several locations from iphone and from browser.

Do you have the number of the table?
There are many things that can prevent from bribing parcels:
* if the owner is on the border of the parcel, or has a fence starting from it
* if it contains a Barn.
* if it can split opponent's field in 2
* if it's the opponent last parcel
* if the opponent played the watchdog
* If taking the parcel would create a hole in you field.
* and of course if the parcel doesn't touch your own parcels.

Due to this, it often happens that there is no parcel to bribe.
There should be a tip buble indicating the reason for which the parcel cannot be bribed when overing it, but it doesn't always shows on touch screens.

However a bug is still possible, so let me know if the case is not covered.
