I was able to achieve a tie despite having the 2nd turn, yet my opponent was awarded the victory because the tiebreaker is "most completed horizontal lines." Seems like a nonsensical and arbitrary tiebreaker to me. What would make way more sense is to do what other games like Caracassonne do and determine the winner by turn order.
