The Draw card area currently displays even when not active on that turn.
On a computer display (uncertain how it displays on mobile), this can result in a significant gap/space between the player Hand and the played cards & map area. The gap appears when a player's Hand has a full line of cards displayed (Hand size of 11+ on my display), and the "Draw: Empty" area then appears on an additional line below the Hand area.

It would be best if the Draw area was only shown during the draw phase of each generation (or when activated because of a specific card), and then hidden during the remaining portion of the generation.
