I was waching my opponents clock turn red after waiting for them to take their turn. After 1 minute had elapsed, I sent them a message asking them if they were going to finish their turn. My laptop screen flashed, I saw the red error bar appear at the top of the site, and I had been booted from the game for not taking my turn. I could now see turn options on my screen but my 20 second timer had already been exhausted and I was forcibly removed from the game without even knowing my turn had begun! And now I have a penalty on my account on top of losing a game for no good reason. This is seriously uncool.
