I think there needs to be 2 phases to the Captain Selection part

Phase 1: Each player is privately asked "Would you be willing to be Captain Y/N" (this also gives a moment to review notes)

Phase 2: How it is currently, but with a banner stating who was interested in being Captain (note that this doesn't stop people from voting someone else, just helpful as a guide)
