Once all players accepted, the game froze while loading. Refreshed several times, got the same message:

In important BGA module could not be found and your game could not be loaded.

This bug happened to me twice (also table #591811598). The error message said an important BGA module could not be found and your game cannot be loaded. I opened chat with the other players and the game had loaded properly for them. I was the evicted from both games which has dropped my karma rating. Can my karma please be fixed when the bug is also fixed? I did not do anything different when loading the game. Thank you

Same thing just happened to me - no issue with internet connection and same error message about BGA module not loading as mentioned above. By the time I loaded in I was kicked from the game, which impacted my karma. This is the first time it's happened to me. On Google Chrome on Windows desktop.

I was about to play, the game froze and website went down. internet was working fine! i tried different devices and it was working fine then you kicked me out of the game and i lost 14 points!! thats so unfair!

This happened to me just now. Table ID: 653469851
The problem appeared several times during this game^. I kept refreshing. Then on the home page, it indicated that Board Game Arena was experiencing issues. I ran out of time, the person I was playing with kicked me out, and I lost Karma points and ELO for it.

Some games lately kept giving “error 503”
Never ending loading or blank page
Gotta close the tab and reopen.
But the error keep coming and I’m not able to make my move

Keep getting the error related "Unable to connect to server, Are you connected to the internet?"

I'm able to play some games, but have an issue with this one, and also one other game I'm playing. I am posting this error from the same computer, so obviously my internet connection is just fine.

happened to me as well. It was my turn and usually a quick refresh fixes it, but The page loaded into a small square and then my opponent skipped me

This literally just happened to me as well. It gets that red bar, and it says that it's thinking or it's sending its moves or whatever, and then it doesn't do it. And I got kicked out of the game

Using Android BGA app on Pixel 7. Never had a glitch like this before.
Azul table #548946277, on my turn, would attempt to select tiles, then red banner pops up saying "action is already in place" when it has just notified me it was my turn. Can't escape out of it on app. No action possible led to immediate times up and forfeit of game and ELO, just like others.
Please fix.

Other player was playing his/her chance. But the game was not loading and there board kept showing it’s not my turn yet. Upon refreshing the page, I got to see that I’ve been kicked out of the game.

I kept getting an unable to connect to server error. It asked me to check my internet connection. All other websites I tried worked so it’s not my internet. I’ve had some glitching with My Shelfie too the last 2 days. Is the website glitching or is my internet literally only having a problem with this website.

Was unable to load in the game, despite repeated attempts to log in. I refreshed by pressing F5. i closed the browser and relogged in, still same problem persisted

3/4 of players were affected. Two of us were eventually able to get back into the game but we'd already been kicked and game neutralized by that point.
