when i use colonize , as the logo not working, it makes me miscourt and be slow for actions

Fertile Ground colonize symbol appears to be broken during 'follow' phases. During a colonize follow I attempted to play Terraforming tech on a 3 colonize planet, which should have flipped it but didn't. Additionally on a later colonize follow I played regular colonize cards which should have totaled x5 boosted symbols applied but was only credited for 4. I did not test it during a leader phase but previously the research symbol had worked just fine during the leader phase. The production symbol was not used at all.

This is still happening. Table #87139772. Fertile Ground was in play, and the Colonize Symbol was not counted for the number of Colonies added to a planet in my play area.

This is not a bug. The colonize logo on Fertile Ground (and some Fertile planets) does not directly boost the role of colonizing like it does for the other roles. It counts as an automatic colony on all of your face down planets. So if a planet costs 3 colonies to settle, you only have to put two colonize cards on the planet, since it has an automatic colony on it.

And in response to coconnell's comment about adding Terraforming to a planet when following and the planet not being settled.... Read the Terraforming card. Only when used as an action will it auto-settle a planet that has enough colonies. It cannot auto-settle a planet when following a role.
