I agree this would be a nice rule-variance option, but it should not delay going to Beta or full release.

I agree that this should only be a (very) optional set up, as intentionally slowing down your moves is a feature of the game's design. some cards actively benefit from slowing your play, like if you get a bonus for played space cards, you may want to slow your play so that other players use their space cards first.

Not a fan of implementing everyone's pet house rules, even if as a table option (because then players have more things to evaluate to ensure that they the table they're considering joining doesn't have any of these implemented). Consider this a downvote on the entire idea.

I'd pretty much be against this one for the reasons already stated, I'd have to screen games to make sure the option is not on, and since it's not an official option I'd rather not see this implemented.

I'm a big supporter of this house rule, and it does speed things up nicely without changing very much in the game. That said all house rule options would need publisher approval, so... anyone want to get in touch with the publisher and try to convince them it's a good idea?

+1 this variant. It can make async play much better and detracts little from the play experience

of course this would be an optional setup choice

I guess as long as there is an option this shouldn't matter, but I will always vote against this.
It takes so much away from the game strategy, so much for no gain.

BGA already has fast turn options for those who feel like the game is too slow without it.

I agree with 'downvote' for this. I suggest finding friends /like minded players and agreeing to play in this manner.

that's a disappointing decision.

I would understand if dev didn't want to put in the work to add the option but to just say it isn't part of the game as the reason.. well it's suggested as a variant. One that has been used in even tournaments before

Having an option choice also does not impact any players that want to play the game with rules as written.

I guess it depends what is official stand of BGA towards the houserules. I heard that they don't implement them unless confirmed directly with designers/publishers. Not sure if that is true.

It's true. And, this is a terrible house rule.

It is rejected. The game allows players do 1 or 2 actions. It's absurd nonsense that people want to force everyone to take 2 actions.
