Game interface is in place (happens during the tutorial as well).
However, the only dice that seem to display are the at least some of the red balloons..or maybe it is location-based for the die/dice that is/are visible.
This seems similar to previous bugs on Vault Dice Solitaire and King of Tokyo.
As such, I will only be able to play this game on an alternate device. -

Problem occurred both in the Tutorial and in my solo mode table
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
