Those are two types of scoring. You score for gems (lowest type, doubled) and for seals (seals x contracts). Both are correct.

If you have an issue with scoring, please DESCRIBE the issue you're having and include a move number, then I will investigate. Otherwise, I see no issue here.

The label for the gem scoring token is wrong. Here is a screenshot. It is showing the final contract scoring rule for gems, but this is a hover tooltip over the midgame gem scoring which is twice the lowest gem value instead.
